In conjunction with National Creativity and Wellbeing Week we are launching a series of Mindfulness events for adults.
Every Monday evening in June, we will be opening the Museum for you to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and escape those Monday blues. Our buildings will become host to a range of mindful activities and forgotten skills for you to discover.
Activities each week will include: Tai Chi, forest bathing, colouring, fire-gazing, jigsaw puzzles, and a different forgotten skill such as rag rug making, straw plaiting or drop spinning.
Refreshments will be available to purchase all evening.
